Right now, the air is becoming crisp and I’m starting to feel the promise of autumn. This is a very exciting feeling to me because it means that it’s finally time to get ready for fall fashion!
While it’s not full-blown “jacket season” yet, the coolness makes it perfect for darker color combinations and welcomes an increase in layers. While I love my summer wardrobe, I’m ready for fall fashion!
I paired the look above with a denim jacket later in the evening after the warmth of the afternoon sun wore off. This outfit was great for a weekend with the girls – a little flirty but still soft and casual.
The other lovely ladies are my sisters (my youngest sister and my sister-in-law). They were in town for the weekend, so we spent some time strolling around the Greensboro Folk Festival which was happening right outside my flat.
