Before yoga class this morning, I had another yummy breakfast outside. I haven’t made Chia Pudding in forever and have forgotten about how much I like it.
It’s super easy to make, but the only hard part about it is that you have to remember to make it the night before!
Here’s my recipe:
1 cup almond milk
3 table spoons of chia seeds
And that’s it! Just let it sit in the fridge overnight and ta-da – two servings of chia pudding!
I topped mine with bananas, goji berries, and raw coconut flakes.
