Brøchner has several boutique hotels throughout Copenhagen, each imagined with a thoughtful flair of its own. However, Hotel Danmark holds an extra special place in my heart since it’s where Sven and I stayed during our secret Copenhagen elopement last year! Just a few weeks ago, we were very glad to find ourselves back at Hotel Danmark, and we even got to check into the same dreamy room we stayed before. I particularly love the chic interior styling and laidback vibes that flow throughout the hotel, and the staff is always very welcoming.

Accommodations & Vibes
During our recent visit, Sven and I happily stayed in a bright and spacious Double Superior Room which features a comfortable king-sized bed and compact yet polished bathroom. Large windows swathed in layered textiles wrap around half of the room, filling the space with soft light all day long. I definitely appreciate the contemporary and relaxed atmosphere that runs throughout all of Hotel Danmark, defined by a thoughtful ensemble of luxe materials, muted colors, and gorgeous mix of Danish furniture and lighting.

Neighborhood & Amenities
There’s lots to do nearby the hotel, with Denmark’s National Museum, Glyptoteket, and Tivoli Gardens just around the corner. Many of these places can be spotted from Hotel Danmark’s rooftop bar and terrace, which offers sweeping views of the city. Every evening, guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary glass of wine at the cozy and chic lobby bar — a little perk we truly enjoy! Sven and I are also big fans of the hotel’s organic breakfast. We’ve had a total of nine breakfasts at Hotel Danmark and have always been impressed by the variety, flavor, and freshness!
