Happy Sunday!
This day has been fantastic so far and I’m feeling tip-top 🙂
Why? Because I woke up this morning, ran 10 miles and then went to yoga class – talk about being productive! (my body is so sore)
Anyways, I made a yummy smoothie bowl after my workout so I thought I would share the recipe.
Blend – banana, green apple, kiwi, and greek yogurt
Top – chia seeds, coconut flakes, berries
I would also like to note that my latte art is getting (slightly) better… I’ve advanced from white circles and am now relatively proficient at making amoeba-like ferns… it’s abstract, ok 😛
Now I’m off to run a few errands before this evenings holiday festivities begin – they’re having a block party outside of my apartment so it should be a fun night!
