Had this yummy protien smoothie bowl for breakfast today – here’s the recipe.
Blend
greek yogurt
banana
almond milk
protein powder (I like the Chocolate flavor by Designer Whey)
Top with banana, coconut flakes, chia seeds, chopped almonds – yum!
Gotta run now though! Going to yoga class then after that, my friend Ashley is coming over for lunch.
