I’ve been eating a lot of salads lately for several reasons. Salads can be a beautiful combination of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients that are healthy and easy to assemble for one person.
These are a few of the reasons why I love them so much. But salads can get super boring and unsatisfying really fast. Especially if you’re eating the same thing over and over again. That’s why it’s so important to be creative with your salad making game. I thought I would share a few of my favorite arugula based salad recipes. I‘ve been trying a range of combinations and they have all been so delicious!
When it comes to making a good salad, the first thing to remember is that we eat with our eyes too. Take an extra minute to make your salad look beautiful and appealing. The more colors you can have on a plate, the better. Or maybe you like eating you dinner from your favorite dish. I like eating my food from a white plate because I find that it makes the food look the most appealing. There is nothing to compete with the color, form, or texture of the food when you are eating from the most simplistic dishes.
